How to Sign Up with the Secure Payment Portal
Click to open the portal link: https://monica-fischer.helcim.app/login
When you click the above link you will be taken to a page that looks like this:
3. Click "Create account" and fill out your information. After creating your account, you will need to VERIFY YOUR EMAIL WITHIN THE NEXT TWO HOURS:
4. Once you have verified your email address, please log in.
5. After logging into your account, you will be taken to the dashboard. Click the small arrow to the right of your name and email address to bring up the options menu:
6. Once the options menu appears, select “Payment Methods” to add a payment method.
7. This will bring up a menu that allows you to enter your credit card/HSA/FSA information and/or your bank account information:
8. Select what payment method you want to add:
9. Once your payment method is added, it will appear on the page and look similar to this:
That’s it! If your payment method(s) have been uploaded and are visible, you may log out and close the window.
